60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind Pawden Liquid Collagen with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you do not see real improvement in your dog's scratching, hot spots, ear infections, paw licking, or coat within 60 days of receiving your order, we will refund your purchase in full. No questions asked, even if the bottle is empty.

How to request a refund
1. Email support@pawden.com within 60 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking.
2. Include your order number and the name on the order.
3. We will confirm your refund by email, usually within 1 business day. You do not need to return the product unless we ask you to.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email support@pawden.com and we will follow up.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, leaking, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@pawden.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Order changes and cancellations
All Pawden purchases are one-time purchases. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can usually be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, the 60-day guarantee above applies.

Limits
The guarantee covers purchases made on trypawden.com only. Products bought from third-party sellers, including Amazon or eBay, are not authorized and are not covered. The guarantee may be used once per household.
