These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trypawden.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Pawden ("Pawden," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from the Site.

2. Products
Pawden products are dietary supplements for dogs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any supplement, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, has a medical condition, or is taking medication. Product descriptions, images, and customer reviews are provided for information only and individual results vary.

3. Orders and payment
All orders are one-time purchases. We do not currently offer subscriptions or recurring billing. By placing an order you agree to pay the price shown at checkout plus any applicable taxes and shipping. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limits. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

4. Shipping
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Returns and refunds
Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and refund process are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Authorized sales
Pawden products are sold only through trypawden.com. We do not authorize sales through Amazon, eBay, or other third-party marketplaces. Products purchased elsewhere are not covered by our guarantee and may not be genuine.

7. Accounts and accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when ordering and to keep it updated. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, images, logos, and the Pawden name and marks, are owned by or licensed to Pawden and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content, you grant Pawden a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, and display it in connection with our business. You confirm that your submission is truthful, is your own, and does not violate any third-party rights.

10. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or collect data, or to interfere with the Site's operation.

11. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in our Return and Refund Policy, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawden and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pawden harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@pawden.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The "Last updated" date shows when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
