Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

All Pawden purchases are one-time purchases. We do not currently offer subscriptions, automatic refills, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchase options, and we do not store your payment method for future charges. There is nothing to cancel after you check out.

Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel or change an order, email support@pawden.com as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Orders that have already shipped are covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee; see our Return and Refund Policy for details.

If we introduce subscriptions in the future, this policy will be updated before any recurring purchase option is offered.
